Terms of Service
Last Updated & Effective As Of: July 3, 2026
Welcome to CrediCourses. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CrediCourses website and the online educational platform. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in any of our court-mandated programs. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any of our services.
Description of Services
CrediCourses provides self-paced, online educational programs designed to fulfill common court-mandated requirements (e.g., Anger Management, Domestic Violence, Theft Intervention). Our courses are for educational purposes only. We do not provide legal advice, psychological evaluations, or medical treatment.
User Accounts & Identity Verification
Because our certificates are used for legal compliance, strict adherence to identity policies is required:
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration. The name you register with will be the exact name printed on your official Certificate of Completion.
- Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
- Identity Misrepresentation: You certify that you are the individual personally taking the course. Having another person complete the coursework or final exam on your behalf is strictly prohibited and constitutes academic dishonesty and potential fraud.
Court Acceptance & User Responsibility
While our curriculum is built to meet strict nationwide standards, it is ultimately your responsibility to verify that an online course is acceptable for your specific court mandate.
- We guarantee court acceptance subject to the conditions outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy
- CrediCourses is not liable for any legal consequences, probation violations, or additional fines incurred if a judge or local jurisdiction declines your certificate. Always consult your legal representative or probation officer if your court order does not explicitly permit online learning.
Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity
To maintain the integrity of our accredited programs, you agree to the following:
- You will actively engage with the material and not attempt to bypass, exploit, or "hack" the system to speed up the course timers unnecessarily.
- You will not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any of the course materials, quizzes, or final exams.
- Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination, revocation of your Certificate of Completion (with notification to the relevant authorities, if necessary), and forfeiture of any right to a refund.
Payments, Chargebacks, & Disputes
By purchasing a CrediCourses program, you agree to pay the stated fees for the selected course.
- One-Time Fees: All courses are billed as a one-time enrollment fee. There are no hidden subscription charges.
- Refunds: All refund requests are governed entirely by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: As outlined in our refund policy, filing a malicious or fraudulent chargeback with your bank after completing a course and generating a certificate (especially for Theft Intervention programs) will result in immediate action. We will submit your digital progress logs and IP history to the payment processor and reserve the right to void your certificate with the presiding court.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CrediCourses platform—including text, graphics, logos, video lectures, quizzes, and software—is the property of CrediCourses and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course material strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will CrediCourses, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or your inability to use the platform. Our total liability in any matter relating to these Terms or our services is strictly limited to the total amount you paid to CrediCourses for the specific course in question.
