Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated & Effective As Of: July 3, 2026
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or enrolling in any course. By accessing or using the CrediCourses platform, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy as of the effective date listed above.
At CrediCourses, we are committed to providing high-quality, fully accredited educational programs to help you satisfy your court requirements. We understand that navigating legal mandates can be complex, which is why we stand firmly behind our courses with a transparent and fair refund policy.
100% Court Acceptance Guarnatee
We take immense pride in the quality and nationwide recognition of our curriculum. In the rare event that a judge, probation officer, or local county court declines to accept your official CrediCourses Certificate of Completion, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee.
To qualify for a court-rejection refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must provide official, written proof of the court's denial (such as a signed letter from your probation officer, a court minute order, or a formal notice from the clerk) stating that the online certificate was rejected.
- The refund request and proof of denial must be submitted to our support team within 60 days of your course completion date.
- The rejection must be explicitly due to the platform/online nature of the course, rather than an error in the number of hours you chose to purchase (e.g., if you purchased a 4-hour course but the court mandated 8 hours).
Standard Refunds (Prior to Course Completion)
If you change your mind, realize you signed up for the wrong program, or your legal situation changes before you finish your coursework, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Course Progress: You have not yet attempted or passed the final exam, and your Certificate of Completion has not been generated.
- Timeframe: Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
- A small administrative processing fee may apply to standard, non-court-rejection refunds to cover third-party merchant gateway charges.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Completed Courses: Once you have passed the final assessment and your official certificate has been successfully generated and downloaded, the service is considered fully rendered.
- Failure to Provide Proof: We cannot issue a court-acceptance refund based on verbal statements alone; official written documentation of the court's denial is strictly required.
- Academic Dishonesty: If a student is found to have violated our terms of service (e.g., identity misrepresentation or cheating), their account will be terminated immediately without eligibility for a refund.
Cancellation of Enrollment
Because our platform is entirely self-paced and features 24/7 access, there are no recurring subscription fees. Your one-time enrollment payment grants you ongoing access to your purchased course material. If you wish to cancel your account or close your student profile, you can request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
Special Policy Regarding Theft Intervention Programs: Due to a high volume of fraudulent refund requests and payment disputes in this specific category, all Shoplifting, Theft Intervention and Anti-Theft courses have a strict zero-refund policy once the final exam is passed and the certificate is generated. If a student completes this course, receives their certificate, and subsequently files a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, CrediCourses will immediately submit the student’s digital progress logs, IP address history, and the generated Certificate of Completion to the payment processor as undeniable proof of service. In cases of malicious chargeback fraud, we also reserve the right to revoke the certificate’s validity and notify the presiding court or probation department.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email our billing department at support@credicourses.com with the following information:
- Your full name and the registered email address associated with your student account.
- Your Order ID or transaction receipt.
- The reason for your refund request.
- A clear digital copy or photograph of your official court denial letter (if claiming the Court Acceptance Guarantee).
Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
Policy Modifications
CrediCourses reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page. We encourage users to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
